I incorporate diverse exercises into the training sessions which include: circuit, plyometrics, resistance, yoga, kickboxing and calisthenics.

Training sessions run from Cornwall Park or location of your choice, residential or otherwise. Outdoor training combines exercise with one of the greatest healers/therapies - nature!


Massage Therapy

Deep tissue and relaxation massage in various styles including: Swedish, Thai, Balinese and Lomi Lomi (Kahuna).  Luxuriate in the comfort of your own abode or come Onehunga where I have a nicely set up room with a skylight roof and shower facilities. Massage therapy is great for anyone who needs time to relax, including but not limited to: office workers, athletes, people diagnosed with MS, Parkinson's, stroke, arthritis and repetitive strain injuries.
